LC Viljoen Incorporated Attorneys was founded by Leon Christiaan Viljoen on the 1st of March 1989. Since then the firm has grown and developed into the prominent law firm we are today.

We have built a reputation of service excellence and are highly regarded for our integrity and honesty, and widely considered as one of the leading practices in Centurion and Pretoria.

Our firm is equipped with the latest available technology and software in the conveyancing sector enabling our team to communicate effectively with our clients, the banks and our other counterparts.

We are on the panels of four of the largest banks in South Africa namely, ABSA, FNB, Nedbank and Standard Bank which enables us to receive instructions directly from the banks and facilitates better service delivery to all parties involved in a particular transaction.

LEON VILJOEN

Director and Founder of LC Viljoen Inc

Attorney and Conveyancer

Leon graduated from the University of Pretoria with a B.Proc degree on the 22nd of April 1982.

He served his articles at Von Bratt and Jacobs Incorporated and was admitted as an Attorney on the 3rd of January 1984. After admission as an Attorney Leon practised as a Director at Von Bratt & Viljoen Incorporated for a period of 5 years before moving on to establish his own firm.

LC Viljoen Incorporated was founded by Leon Viljoen on

1 March 1989, together with the support and guidance of his wife Hilde, a dynamic and dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal and astute business woman.

Leon is an esteemed leader and the driving force within the firm keenly sharing his extensive knowledge and experience in civil litigation, property law and the legal field in general.

Leon Viljoen is highly regarded by his peers and is well respected within the legal community.

SHANÉ BECKER

Director

Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public

Shané is a duly admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public and holds both a BComm, Law and LLB degrees from the University of Pretoria (2014).

Shané completed her articles (2016) under the guidance and direction of her father, Leon Viljoen, and was admitted as a Notary Public and Conveyancer in 2017.

Her areas of practice include Property Law, Family Law, and Notarial Services, Registration of Trusts, Wills and Administration of Deceased Estates.

Shané is passionate about the property sector, legal innovations within conveyancing, with real commitment to ethical practices within the industry.

Our father-daughter Attorney team is supported and assisted by a team of senior Conveyancing Paralegals, Office Administrators, a Financial Manager and Office Assistants ensuring that there are always sufficient staff to manage and attend to legal matters.
